[boot scriptor] CD Shell website is back up.

Hi Everyone,

The website for CD Shell, www.cdshell.org, is back up and working again.
Sorry for the inconvenience. If you haven't had a chance to see it in the
last month or so, check it out; there's a lot of new content. :)

In related news, the Boot Scriptor site is still down. I'll see if I can get
something up there soon.
