[boot scriptor] CD Shell 2.1.6 released

Hi Everyone,

This is just a maintenance release to address a couple of issues raised 
by Charles Appel and Erwin Veermans of the Ultimate Boot CD project 
(www.ultimatebootcd.com). Check out the change log

P.S.  About time we changed the name of this list, huh?  There's no 
telling when I would be able to get around to it, but if anyone has 
objections, please speak up.  The freelist people offered to change it 
before, although reluctantly.  If they've changed their minds, the 
change may require creating a new list.  Either way, I'll send mail 
before doing anything so you can update your filters, etc.  Also, if you 
don't want to be auto-subscribed to the new list, if it comes to that, 
please send me email.  Thanks!
