[boot scriptor] CD Shell 2.0.8b released

Hi Everyone,

There's a few significant changes in this release:
* Isolinux module updated to match H. Peter Anvin's 2.05 version.
* Support added for alternative VGA fonts.
* Support added for true-color graphics on VMWare 4.
* Splash images now go in the folder /cdsh/graphics, and are now called
splash.bmp and splash.csi (cleaning up the /cdsh folder).

Also you can now hide the CD Shell files on your final CD. See
http://www.cdshell.org/hidecdsh.html.
