[boot scriptor] CD Shell 2.0.5b released

Hi everyone,

I released build 5 of CD Shell yesterday.  You can read about it and
download from www.cdshell.org.  It updates the version of Isolinux used
from 2.02 to 2.04, which now includes support for gzipped memdisk images.
Also there is a new 'color' function, which allows you to specify colors
by name rather than by hex code.  For example:

set textColor=color[red on white]

I've just found out that I forgot to put in the ability to turn off and on
the text blink mode.  I plan on fixing that in the next release.
