[boot scriptor] CD Shell 2.0.4b released

Hi everyone,

I just released build 4 of CD Shell, which is of course still in beta.
This is a minor bugfix, that only caused problems when an undefined
variable was referenced.  Download it at www.cdshell.org if you're
experiencing this problem, which manifests as an infinite loop in a
script, hung PC, etc..
