[boot scriptor] CD Shell 2.0.1b

Hi Everyone,

I just released CD Shell 2.0.1b.  You can grab it at
http://www.cdshell.org.  I'll post a news item on bootscriptor.org in a
little while.

I hope everything is packaged up ok, and that there are few bugs.  I
wanted to get the Ranish Partition Manager module working, but it's
broke and I have no idea why.  So it isn't included, but if you're
feeling adventurous you can assemble it from the source code.

Remember to read the readme.txt file for details about the changes.
Also please look at the sample scripts to get a better idea of how to
use the new (and old) features.  I'll be happy to clarify anything that
may be confusing, and of course I'll take bug reports, as well as
general feedback.  Just email me or the list.
