[boot scriptor] CD Shell 2.0.16b released.

Hi Everyone,

This is a maintenance release to push out a couple of updates before some
possibly unstable features get implemented.  In this version a major bug was
fixed that caused lots of stuff to crash since CD Shell wasn't disabling its
mouse driver when exiting.  Also, DoctorXP has done some more work on his
extensive example scripts.  Among other things they now include mouse
support. (Thanks Doc!)
