[boot scriptor] CD Shell 2.0.11 releaased, plus new website!

Hi everyone,

Please check out the new website and let me know what you think. Also, CD
Shell is now out of beta! Feedback is welcome, as usual.

I just want to thank everyone for being so patient with me. I've been very
busy lately with little time to work on the project or respond to email
(hopefully a lot of you who had questions will find answers on the new
website). Thanks again, everyone, for your input, contributions, and
continued support.
