Fred Alsop reported all three scoter species today (9 Nov) at Wilbur Lake / Watauga Dam, in Carter Co. The lingering White-wg. was still at Wilbur L. 3 Surfs & a drake Black were seen from Watauga Dam overlook. Not too shabby. Rick Knight Johnson City, TN
