[Bristol-Birds] meadowview -afternoon; merlin kingpsport

In addition to what David Hunt posted, I visited Meadoview in Kingsport this
afternoon and had seven Ring-necked Ducks, one pied-billed grebe, and a male
and female Gadwall, all on the large pond just off the highway. Also, at
least one Merlin still present at Oak Hill Cemetery this afternoon around
4:30 pm. Last year the merlins left sometime in March.
