Dec 29-S. Fork Holston River, Kingsport, Sullivan Co, TN
Great Egret (1) hunting along shore across S. Fork Holston R. from the boat
ramp below the GBH colony. Will post video link after I get it off the camera
Black and Turkey Vulture - mixed - (over 200 - too hard to count ind. species
but both were there in numbers) at roost on island near confluence of N. and S.
Fork Holston River, Kingsport, Sullivan County, TN - birds already present and
rolling in from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm. Worth a look (especially on 60+ degree
days). Got video of this too. Will post a link later.
