[Bristol-Birds] alternate Hawk Watch

For those of you who can not walk up the hill at Mendota, there is Brumley.

You can drive up to the site and I will be there by 8 am saturday.

From Abingdon, drive north on Hwy 19.  Cross over Holston River and come up the 
mountain, you will level out just before reaching Hidden Valley Road.  You will 
see the brown sign for Hidden Valley WMA on your right.  Turn right and come to 
the top of the hill.
When you top out, turn right across from the parking area.  Continue up the 
hill and go past the FAA tower.  When you come behind the tower you will see my 
red Forester.
