Bristol Area Birders:
Those of you who have access to this coming Sunday's Johnson City Press should
watch for Outdoors Writer Gregg Powers' article where he spends time with the
animals at Wynn Wood Wildlife Rehab of Elizabethton. The Bristol Bird Club has
been partnering with Geri Wynn and the rehab center where Geri nurses injured
critters back to heath. We recently released a rehab Great Horned Owl together
in Shady Valley, TN and Geri is bringing a bird or prey or two for our booth at
the Town of Abingdon's 4th Annual Arbor Day & Earth Day event on Sunday. Ron
Harrington of BBC is coordinating our booth from 2-5 p.m.
