[Bristol-Birds] Windshield survey N/F Holston for GB Herons

Mom and I spent my lunch hour cruising up the N/F Holston River from
Saltville to the RT 19 bridge crossing in Washington County, VA. We saw 2
Great Blues along the river but no signs of any nesting activity along that
stretch of the river.
