I was out of town last week when the wave of birds hit the Limestone-Telford-Bowmantown area of Washington County, but after returning on Saturday and reading my e-mail, I decided to visit the area to see what might show up or still be hanging around. I went yesterday in early afternoon and today in late morning and found the following--

May 28

Green Heron;
Green-winged Teal (Bush Hog Boulevard);
Blue-winged Teal (Bush Hog Boulevard);
Cooper's Hawk (Clark Road);
Least Sandpiper (Powell Road);
Warbling Vireo (Bush Hog Boulevard);
Grasshopper Sparrow (4);
Orchard Oriole;
Baltimore Oriole (Slate Hill Road at Bush Hog Boulevard pond).

May 29

Northern Bobwhite;
Spotted Sandpiper (Bush Hog Boulevard);
Western Sandpiper (Powell Road);
Willow Flycatcher (Bud Lane);
Warbling Vireo (2--1 Bush Hog Boulevard, 1 Shanks Road);
Yellow Warbler (Bud Lane);
Dickcissel (10--8 Keebler Road, 1 Smith Bridge Road, 1 intersection Old State Route 34 / Taylor Mill Road);
Grasshopper Sparrow (7);
Orchard Oriole (5).
