Gilbert Derouen, Reece Jamerson and Bryan Stevens birded in western Washington County, TN, and some in Erwin, TN on Saturday, Jan. 7.

On Keebler Road, we had 25+ Horned Larks and a Northern Harrier.

We also found a Red-headed Woodpecker on (Ben Cannon?) Road.

They had a Green-winged Teal (male) at pond on Bush Hog Road.

We also found a total of seven Kestrels during our birding at points between Jonesborough and Limestone.

In Erwin, Gilbert got to add Cackling Goose to his life list. In addition, they saw an American Coot and Gadwall at Erwin Fishery Park and a Green-winged Teal (male) at the ponds behind McDonalds in Erwin.

Hampton, TN
