Sam Cross and I endured subfreezing temperatures to lengthen not only our
year lists, but also our life lists! The following birds were logged between
half
past noon and 2PM.

Keebler Road:
American Kestrel - 3
Peregrine Falcon - 1
Snow Goose - 5
Lapland Longspur - 2 (lifers)
Sandhill Crane - 1
Horned Larks and Eastern Meadowlarks were numerous

Stockton Road:
Mallard - 4
American Black Duck - 1
Red-headed Woodpecker - 1 (thanks for directions Don Holt)
