Dianne Draper received a tip about small animal carcasses on a barbwire
fence in Bowmantown from a local resident. On our way to check it out
we saw a Loggerhead Shrike on Slate Hill Rd. near the intersection with
Don Carson Rd. Then at Fellers Lane we found another Loggerhead
Shrike. We also found an impaled shrew carcass on a fence on the left
near the end of the lane, just as described.
