[Bristol-Birds] WV/VA golden eagle nesting

Sandy Hevener of Blue Grass, VA asked me to share this information concerning 
nesting golden eagles.
Late winter 1979-80 they observed 2 golden eagles locking feet and nearly 
hitting the ground on the east side of Snowy Mt., Highland County, VA/Pendleton 
County, WV line. During the next summer they frequently saw two adult and two 
juvenile golden eagles in the area. They have continued to watch eagles, both 
species, in the area for the last 25 years. They are looking for a golden eagle 
nest in that area and welcome any help anyone can offer.
