[Bristol-Birds] WHITE Red Tail Hawk??

Is there such a thing as a white or albino Red Tail Hawk?
I've seen an all white hawk with a red tail two years (2006, 2007) in a row in 
November.
The hawk was on I-26 in NC a few miles from the Tenn state line.
No sighting this year but I didn't travel the road very much this year.
I tried to get pics but the hawk was too far away / too shy for a pic.
