[Bristol-Birds] Virginia Rail, etc. (Greene Co., TN)

I birded about four hours today in Greeneville and at various points in western 
Greene County, including Wal-Mart Distribution Center (WMDC).  A partial list 
includes:

Canada Goose (133)
Gadwall (84; a rather high total for northeast Tennessee)
American Black Duck (5, WMDC)
Mallard (149)
Northern Shoveler  (9, Gravel Woods Road)
Northern Pintail (5, WMDC)
Green-winged Teal (49, WMDC)
Ring-necked Duck
Hooded Merganser (2)

Northern Harrier (4)
Sharp-shinned Hawk (2)
Red-tailed Hawk (6)
American Kestrel (14)
Peregrine Falcon (Croff Kirk Road 0.1 mile from Highway 348)

Virginia Rail (WMDC, 1st pond; probably the first winter date for VIRA at WMDC)
American Coot (WMDC)

Eurasian Collared-Dove (3, adjacent to West Greene High School)
Mourning Dove (173)

Yellow-bellied Sapsucker
Hairy Woodpecker (2)

Loggerhead Shrike (Croff Kirk Road 0.1 mile from Highway 348)

Red-breasted Nuthatch (Greeneville)

Savannah Sparrow (2)
Swamp Sparrow (5)

Eastern Meadowlark (124)

House Finch (42)
