On Saturday September 25, 2004 at 11:00 AM an osprey was seen at the TVA/VDGIF 
boatramp at Clinchport Va on the Clinch River.  The osprey was seen by Eric 
McPherson and Bill Cawood, both Natural Tunnel State Park employees.
