This morning, Friday, March 20
about 9:15 a.m.--Approximately 200 Cedar Waxwings in trees on the ETSU campus
in Johnson City
about 8:30 a.m. Great Horned Owl in trees west of Iris between Shady Lane and
Forest Avenue across Oakland Ave from the Girl Scout Camp Wildwood (also
Johnson City)
Wednesday afternoon about 15-25 Rusty Blackbirds at Henderson Wetlands (take
Crestview off Hwy 75) in western Washington County, TN
(no wood ticks there at that time)
