[Bristol-Birds] Shady Valley / Mountain City CBC Weather Report

Looks to be good weather tomorrow for the Shady Valley / Mountain City CBC.  It 
should be mostly sunny all day with the high in the lower 40's.  (It should be 
a high in the upper 40's in the lower valley.)  Dress warm as it looks to be 
quite brisk with variable winds.
