[Bristol-Birds] Sandhill Cranes near Musick's

South Holston Lake, Sullivan Co., TN
As I was leaving Musick's campground at 5:00 pm, I noticed 3 Sandhill Cranes
flying in from the west heading for the Spring Creek area. These were
undoubtedly
the same cranes seen there on the Christmas Count (28 Dec) and apparently are
roosting in the Spring Creek area.
Little else of note was seen at South Holston; but, I did see 4 Greater Scaup on
Boone Lake earlier in the afternoon.
