Cocke County--Ten Islands (TI) area, located on upper Douglas Lake between the
J.M. Walters Bridge on Highway 25-E and the railroad bridge connecting Rankin
Bottoms to Leadvale
Jefferson County--upper Douglas Lake at the J.M. Walters Bridge
