[bristol-birds] Rural Retreat Lake

Saturday, Oct.26, I went to Rural Retreat lake for the first time. The fishing
was slow but the bird watching was pretty good. I picked up two life-birds, two
Greater Yellowlegs and three Pied-Billed Grebes. Other birds present were:
Killdeer-5
Great Blue Heron-1
Song Sparrow- uncounted
Titmice- uncounted
Chickadees- uncounted
Mallards- approx. 20
Canada Geese - 2

On the way to the lake, my father and I saw numerous kingfishers, crows, and
turkey vultures. Also we so 7 great blue herons in a field beside a stream. We
saw approx. 25 turkeys and 2 common ravens.
