[Bristol-Birds] Rough-legged Hawk - Russell County, VA

This morning I found a light phase Rough-legged Hawk
on Rt 80, near the Elk Garden Road intersection. It
was hunting over the fields on one side of the road
and crossed at tree top level as I drove past. By the
time I found a turn around and came back it was
sitting in the top of an Oak tree eating whatever it
had caught.

I also found a Loggerhead Shrike and 2 American
Kestrels in the same area.
