[Bristol-Birds] Red-shouldered Hawk at Kingsport Greenbelt

I saw an adult Red-shouldered Hawk on the Greenbelt in Kingsport about 5 PM 
on Sunday Feb. 27th.  It was about 50 yards east of the site of the 2004 
nest.  From the access behind the Ramada Inn at the end of  American Way, 
turn right on the Greenbelt and it was near the fist bench, perched in a 
tree across the creek. It was making a repetitive call.
