[Bristol-Birds] Red-necked Grebes, Northern Shoveler, Redhead

Bristol Birders,

After the Buchanan County Bird Club finished our trip through Burkes Garden 
(results
posted by Roger Mayhorn earlier), David Raines and I had a few hours of 
daylight left and
decided to investigate several ponds and lakes in the Tazewell and Russell 
County area.
We were able to find some great birds includeing Redhead, Northern Shoveler, and
Red-necked Grebes.  For those interested, here is a link to a write-up and a
