[Bristol-Birds] Red-necked Grebe at Warriors Path

Rack reported seeing a Red-necked Grebe at Warriors Path State Park in 
Kingsport during lunch today March 12.  

He said to proceed past the marina to the dead end with the boat ramp.  Look 
left.  The bird was seen alone in the channel.
