[Bristol-Birds] Red-breasted Mergansers

I will add to Rob Billers reports of Red-breasted Mergansers today (Sun Nov 30) 
as I had a flock of 25 at the Patrick Henry Dam overlook, also one Ring-billed 
Gull.  Below the dam was a single Black-crowned Night Heron and a small flock 
of Mallards.
