[Bristol-Birds] Osprey at Kingsport

I had an Osprey this morning as I drove across the Wilcox Drive Bridge over
the S. Fork Holston River below Eastman Chemical in Kingsport. One Virginia
Rail calling from the cattail strip at Meadowview below Eastman Credit
Union. Seems to be most active on the south end of the strip, nearest the
Credit Union Bldg.
