[Bristol-Birds] New Bear Sighting

My wife, Jane, and I attended the Buchanan County Bird Club meeting tonight.
On our trip back home on US 460, we had a small black bear cross the highway
in front of us. We had just crossed Shortt Gap into Tazewell county when he
came from the right, crossed our lanes, crawled across the guard rail in the
center of the highway, and continued across the other two lanes.
