[Bristol-Birds] Nesting Red-shouldred photo in photo album

Area Birders:
Rick Phillips sent a photo of one of the nesting Red-shouldered Hawks found
recently along Reedy Creek in Sullivan Co., TN.
A Red-shouldered was at a nest last year but this year one is on the nest
and apparently incubating eggs. This is only the second known nesting
record for the species in the Upper Holston River drainage. It is also the
second record for North East Tennessee.
