[Bristol-Birds] Nearing time for Shady Valley / Mountain City CBC

Bristol Birders --

It is nearing time to do the Shady Valley / Mountain City CBC again,  if 
there is enough people wanting to participate.  But I need to find a date 
(sat / sun) to do this.  I know the 14th / 15th is taken for the Elizabethton 
/ Roan Mt count.  The 29th is BBC and Jan 4 is Glade Spring.  That leaves 
12/21(sat) or 12/22(sun) 12/28 (sat - same weekend as BBC), or the last day 
of the count period - Jan 5 (Sun).

Please let me know the best date for parties interested and I will try to 
find a time that is compliant with the most people.  

I don't think any replies to this should be directed to the BBC LISTSERV so 
just copy and paste my email address - merlinz02@xxxxxxx - just send it to 
me.  I will send another message to the board to let everyone know the date.  


If I don't get any responses or not enough to fill the 4 parties I will take 
that as the group not wanting to do the count.  I hope this is not the case 
as I feel Shady Valley / Mountain City is an important local high elevation 
birding sanctuary.
