[Bristol-Birds] Long-tailed Duck-Saltville, VA

Today, Feb 19, Bob Riggs and I Saw a Long-tailed Duck
at the ponds beside Food Country in Saltville, VA. 
We saw it at approximately noon, and at 4PM Laverne
and I saw it again on the same pond.
Allen Boynton had reported to Bob that he saw two on
the pond on Friday.
