[Bristol-Birds] Logistics for BBC Party

The lavish and delicious food spread at the BBC Xmas Party in Johnson City
Saturday evening will hit the table at 7 p.m.  Dinner will be served at 7:15
p.m.  Entertainment and awards ceremony follows. 

Then we have a visit from Santa himself with gifts for everyone.  Bring one
or more serious or silly gifts but you had better not spend much money.  If
you do,  Mrs. Judy Musick-Moose will take you before the club disciplinary
committee to review your life list and remove good birds from your list.  

Bring TWO covered-dishes so that we will have plenty of food.  This is not a 
snack party.  It is Christmas dinner with BBC.

You will enjoy the release of the Dozen Best Bird Finds of the Year with
award presentation.  The Best New Birder of the Year announcement.  The
James & Mae Musick Service Award for BBC,  the Most Improved Birder for
2003.  Awards given for all.
This is the night for "Eagle Service Pins" for those who made significant
contributions to our birding in 2003.

Finally, the always much anticipated Birder of the Year Award 2003.

Entertainment, great fellowship a good time had by all.  The social event of
the year for Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.
