[Bristol-Birds] Leucistic starling

I was trying to photograph a few birds this afternoon at Domtar Park on
Riverport Road in Kingsport (directly across the road from Evergreen Garden
Center). I chose this area because a number of European Starlings have been
gathering here late in the afternoon making good practice targets. I was
looking for a target when I spotted this interesting plumage variation
sitting perched in a tree around 40 yards away. Looks like a leucistic
bird...not totally albino...but lacking most of the normal pigmentation of a
starling. I'm attaching a photo.
