[Bristol-Birds] Is the Great Blue Heron nest in Russell a first for Clinch watershed ?

Is this Russell Co. nest the first known of the Great Blue Heron in the Clinch
River
watershed of Southwest Virginia ? I'm thinking it is.
They have been in the Holston and Powell river watersheds for some years.
By the way, Southwest Virginia's first ever nesting of the species was at
Damascus, Washington Co., VA, 20 June 1998, by Rob Biller and
Ron Carrico.
This species is extending its range northeast in the Upper
Tennessee River drainage and it is well established throughout
the region with the exception of the Clinch.
