[Bristol-Birds] Imm. Virginia rails, sora (Greene Co, TN)

At the WalMart Distribution Center in Greene Co this AM I had good looks at 3 
immature Virginia rail and an immature sora feeding just out in the open on the 
3rd pond while an adult Virginia rail was more secretive and came out only 
briefly.

  I spent the weekend in Lynchburg, VA and a couple hours Sunday AM searching 
for a scissor-tailed flycatcher that someone from the bird club there spotted 
(but without luck).  I don't think it has been spotted again - anyone on VA 
birds?
