[Bristol-Birds] ID Help Needed Please

This one has me puzzled. The eye seems quite strange. I have five or six
shots and all show a large white eyering. It was taken 1/25/06 at 12:36 PM
just behind the restrooms at the Weir Dam. As a note of interest he/she is
eating berries from a poison oak vine that was growing up the tree.

Anyway my guess is a Kinglet maybe female. I have 1 shot of the top of the
head but no color is visible.
