Subject: [blueridgebirders] Green-tailed Towhee


This morning a green-tailed towhee appeared briefly in the company of 
white-throated sparrows and goldfinches behind the apartment that my 
wife and I have in Galax. I know it's an obvious stray but felt it 
worth reporting. I used the NG and Rising's _Sparrow of the United 
States and Canada to make the id.
