[Bristol-Birds] Friday & Saturday

We took a group of students to the Knoxville Zoo on Friday 3.23.  It is a long 
trip so I did a little birding while driving.
Species: Black Vulture, Turkey Vulture, American Crow, American Robin, Northern 
Cardinal, Chickadee, Tufted Titmouse, Canada Geese, one Red Tailed Hawk.  Of 
note were 3 Great Blue Herons at the Holston River Bridge.  One in a shoal 
fishing, two flying in formation over the river.

Saturday, Ocoonita community, Lee County VA
Prairie warbler (I stopped in the middle of the byway lane to check, it was 
actually 2 or more.  Migrants?), Peewee, Phoebe, Pileated Woodpecker, Black 
Cuckoo (While stopped in the road to listen for the PW), Robins, Black & Turkey 
V, American Crow, Kestrel, Red Tailed Hawk

Saturday evening, Bark Camp Lake on the Scott/Wise border in the Jefferson 
National Forest
Pileated Woodpecker, American Crow, Raven, possible Cooper's Hawk in the forest 
flying fast, Ruffed Grouse, Flycatcher, Screech Owl
