[Bristol-Birds] Fort Patrick Henry Lake

I birded the area beyond Welsey Road as well as the area below the dam and the overlook late this afternoon from 4 PM to 5:15: PM. For the first half hour, they were not generating and the water level of the tailwaters was low. Of note were Green-winged Teal (2) and Gadwall (4) below the dam. On the lake from the overlook, I had a very good look at 2 Horned Grebes. Did not see any herons, possibly due to observing just before sundown.
