I observed a fish crow on the Green Belt near the Riverfront Park in
Kingsport also on March 20, 2017. Also recognized by the same "unh-unh"
call. It was very near the water about halfway between the Riverfront
Restaurant and the end of the Greenbelt at the upper bridge.

Fish Crow - 2 - - ID by nasal, double-note call: "unh-unh"
First alerted to their presence by Mary Anna Wheat earlier in month.
This is 3rd Washington Co record, all in Johnson City.
They also were found last year in Kingsport, along the river.
