[Bristol-Birds] Douglas Lake/Rankin Bottoms Field Trip

It is necessary that I have a total count for the field trip.  Please let me 
know ASAP if you plan to go.  For ten people, the cost will be $15.00 each.  
As the number decreases the price goes up to absorb the lost revenue.  It 
should be a great trip!
