[Bristol-Birds] Dickenson County Blue-headed Vireo

Breaks Interstate Park provided my first Blue-headed Vireo of the year this 
morning. Fitting for the first day of Spring! Counted 21 Wood Ducks on Laurel 
Lake. Phoebes were singing everywhere . All the woodpeckers were courting. 
Spring is definitely in the air.
