DIRECTIONS: BIG BBC CHRISTMAS PARTY

Here are your dirctions to the Bristol Bird Club Annual Christmas
Party to be held Saturday, Dec. 6, at 6:00 p.m. at the home of 
Michele Sparks in the Apple Valley subdivision just west of the
Bristol Motor Speedway and just off TN Rt. 394.



















Apple Valley is shown in the upper left corner of this photo.  The
street her house is located on is shown in the small yellow square
at the far left of the photo.  This is 113 Lance Circle.

The highway exchange on the far right is the one you would exit
on to TN Rt 394 from US 11E.  Traveling from Johnson City, you
exit and turn left towards Blountville rather than right towards
Musick's Campground.  Then continue .8 miles down grade 
crossing Beaver Creek and up the hill, seeing Elizabeth Chapel
United Methodist Church on his right.  Just 400 feet beyond the
church, turn left on to Earhart Rd. and drives .2 miles to the 
entrance of Apple Valley.  Then turning left into the subdivision
on Carlton Court. You continue .35 miles to Michele's street which
is Lance Court.  Turn into Lance Court and continue to the
cul-de-sac.  Her driveway is on the left just beyond the basketball
goal.

If you are coming south thru Bristol on U.S. 11E, take the exit
to Tn Rt. 394 on your right and at the bottom of the ramp,
turn towards Blountville.  Continue to follow the directions
above.  This exit is just a short distance beyond Bristol 
Motor Speedway.

If you are coming from I-81 or the Kingsport area, take Exit 69 in
Tennessee and turn towards Blountville.  Drive from Blountville on 
TN Rt. 394 and turn right onto Earhart Rd.  You can take the west 
end of Earhart Rd. which is just past Exide Dr. and just beyond the 
pond at the bottom of the grade. It is a right turn.  Otherwise, you
can go towards Elizabeth Chapel and turn right on the east end of
Earhart Rd.
