Area Birders,
Michelle and I made a late afternoon hike up Caney Island Branch behind our
house today. We added Red-eyed Vireo and Scarlet Tanager to our season list.
The trees are filling out and butterflies were everywhere. Seven species of
warbler made an appearance but no Kentucky Warblers yet.
